Lifetime Warranty:

Hewn products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use for the operational lifetime of the Hewn brand.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, scratches, discoloration, staining, misuse, overheating, accidental damage, improper cleaning, improper storage, commercial use, or damage caused by abrasive materials or utensils inconsistent with recommended use.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Hewn reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase along with photos and a description of the issue.

This warranty is valid only while the Hewn brand and its warranty program remain active and operational.
